Impression and Dreamweaver Stencils
Brass
stencils are a great way to create a personalized greeting
card. For Easter check out the new Lasting Impressions
bunny stencil … he’s perfect to adorn an Easter
treat bag. Look for our class with Lasting Impression
Stencils on March 3. From Dreamweavers we found stencils
that will work great with the new Memories Mists. The
Strawberry Daiquiri is the perfect red for hearts! And
don’t forget Dreamweaver’s new glossy red
stencil paste!

Hero
Arts new stamps are here! This year’s catalogue
is filled with colorful samples using their newest designs
from borders and backgrounds to dazzling flowers and graphic
greetings. Plus their newest chipboard hearts! You will
want their new catalogue just to see the inspiring sample
cards. We have scheduled three classes using the new Hero
stamps so be sure to check the schedule.

Impression-Obsession’s
newest stamp designs are all about flourishes, filigrees
and florals! These stamps look almost Victorian, but there’s
nothing stodgy about the way they stamp! I-O also has
a new Masculine clear stamp set that is really cool.

Box
Another one of our favorite companies is Memory Box primarily
because of the fertile imagination of owner and designer
Dave Brethaeur. Dave’s penguins were a big hit at
Christmas and he has designed new ways to use them for
Valentine’s cards. He also has a new colorful cardstock
package appropriately called “Flirt” that’s
sure to perk up any card. Check out his cute samples!

Wizard
Dies
New for the Wizard are the dog and cat
dies. They are so cute! We will be using the dog die in
our Cards for pet Lovers class on Sat, Feb 17. Plus we
have a new alphabet called Whimsy (brush script) and some
new Asian dies: Oriental coins and the goldfish and Double
Joy. Their newest die is a cell phone – perfect
with the “Let’s Chat” stamp from A Muse.

Brads and More Brads - Coming
Soon!
Brads
are hot! And we have lots of really fun brads from Eyelet
Outlet & brads coming soon. From bunnies and jelly
beans for Easter, darling little ladybugs and bees for
Spring, and pastel button brads and circle bards for any
occasion – you will love them all! Plus there are
new books coming that are all about paper crafting with
brads, embellishments and ribbon.

Basic
Grey paper collections are in a class by themselves and
once again their new release is fabulous! I have ordered
“Perhaps” (my favorite!) as well as Lily Kate,
Scarlet’s Letter and Stella Ruby. New to us will
be the mini monograms sheets which are alphabet die cuts
that fit on the undressed chipboard letters. I have ordered
these in the Perhaps and the Blush (which sold like hotcakes!)
It will be a lot of fun to play with the monograms. I
also ordered some of their rub-ons which are exquisite.
I chose the Sentiments, Urban Calligraphy and the Birds
and Butterflies.

New books are
always fun and we have ordered several. From Design Originals,
look for books on using the hot new great big brads and
other embellishments. Other new book cover paper crafting
with ribbon and trims and all aspects of baby showers.
We also have a new book on rubber stamping Artists Trading
