LAYERED BACKGROUNDS
Too often we reach for background papers instead of stamping a background. In this class you will learn how to combine backgrounds for more interesting and layered effects. In creating these layered backgrounds we will use stamping, embossing, watermisting and more. Bring class kit.

VINTAGE PURSE AND CARD
Make Mother’s Day’s very special this year when you present Mom with a darling purse and matching card. Based on a design by Debbie Olson and using vintage papers from the Life Stories collection of My Mind’s Eye as well as a new border die from Spellbinders, this purse opens to hold a special gift or goodies. NEW TECHNIQUES WITH DREAMWEAVER STENCILS
If you think nothing could be new with brass stencils, take another look. In this class, we will use new stencils, various embossing pastes, the all new metallic F/X powders along with other nifty products like glitter, Smooch Top Coat and Flower Soft to create cards featuring a variety of techniques. CLASS FEE: $25

MASCULINE CARDS
Do you need an anniversary card for the man in your life? Or maybe your male colleague or friend is having a birthday? If you need inspiration for cards for men, join us for this class that will be all about making cards appropriate for men. Remember, Father’s day is approaching! Bring class kit, craft sheet and ink blending tool (from Ranger) and ask which distress ink pads we will be using in the class.

Are you new to stamping? Do you want to learn more about stamping and paper crafting, but you are reluctant to come to a class with more experienced stampers? Then we have the answer. This class is just for beginners so everyone will be on the same skill level! In a very informative and fun setting, you will make simple cards that illustrate several stamping techniques and tools. You can feel free to ask any questions you may have about stamping and upcoming classes. Please join us for the fun! Bring double sided tape and scissors to class

FILMSTRIP RIBBON CARDS
I blame Cindy Lyles, the creator of Filmstrip Ribbon cards, for my new addiction to this art form! I love these cards! They will have you searching all your stamps, punches and ephemera for tiny images that will fit in the filmstrip ribbon opening. Join us for pure fun as we make some creative cards using all manner of tiny things!

Make a set of three cards and a colorful presentation folder all themed around sewing and stitching. Perfect for your friends who sew or quilt. Please note that this class is 3 hours.
