INTRODUCTION TO METAL ART
Learn how to enhance a butterfly stamped on pewter by embossing and debossing using the basic metal art tool kit. This is the first of two classes and is required to continue to the second class.

METAL ART SAMPLER
Learn how to use a variety of metal working tools as you create a sampler quilt on pewter which will be mounted on a canvas. Introduction to Metal Art class is required as is the basic tool kit.

SUNDAY, MARCH 7
2 to 5pm
COLORING AND BLENDING WITH COPIC MARKERS
Learn the differences among the different types of Copic markers; how to understand the letters and numbers on the markers; the type of ink and paper to use with these markers; and how Copic markers are different from water based markers like Tombows. Most of the class will be spent learning several blending techniques such as shading with light, medium and dark shades of the same color. You will also learn the “flick” method of blending two very different colors on your stamped image. And finally, you will learn how to make textures with the colorless blender marker and how to color items other than paper. Please bring class kit. CLASS FEE: $25

Are you new to stamping? Do you want to learn more about stamping and paper crafting, but you are reluctant to come to a class with more experienced stampers? Then we have the answer. This class is just for beginners so everyone will be on the same skill level! In a very informative and fun setting, you will make simple cards that illustrate several stamping techniques and tools. You can feel free to ask any questions you may have about stamping and upcoming classes. Please join us for the fun! Bring double sided tape and scissors to class

VINTAGE BIRDS AND BLOSSOMS
Vintage images of birds and blossoms by Crafty Secrets make quick, easy and heartwarming cards. Join us for this class as we embellish these images with ribbons, die cuts and more.

PLANT A GARDEN
WITH FLOWER SOFT
Welcome Spring by stamping a house image from Impression Obsession and filling the window boxes with a flower soft “garden” of flowers. We will also create flower stems and insert them in a watering can. Finally we will embellish some cone flowers and plant flower soft “grass” -- come and learn how it’s done!

EASTER CARDS
Come have fun with bunnies and Easter eggs! We will make two vintage cards using Crafty Secrets Spring/Easter Cotton Scraps (see the bunny and daffodil cards on the left). Then we will make a card using the new Easter Egg tree from Memory Box. Finally we will create flowers with candy stems. The flowers' faces are embossed using Spellbinder Impressabilities templates then enhanced with Flower Soft. Lots of fun!
FEE: $25 includes a sheet of vintage stickers
