ZOOPHABET "ABC" BOOK:

MAKE-UP FOR CLASSES 1 & 2

ABC books are a staple for helping young children learn to read and recognize their letters.  In this progressive class, we will create an ABC book using the new Penny Black clear stamp set called Zoophabet and lots of cute critters from a variety of stamp companies.   Each of the four Sunday classes will be devoted to creating the pages for at least 5 letters of the “Zoophabet.” 

Today will be a make-up session for Classes 1 and 2: Letters A through J.  Classes are $25 each.  Bring class kit.  Future Class Dates:  Sun, 7/13; Sun, 8/3; and Sun, 8/24.  Make-up class Sat, 8/30.

TIMES NOUVEAU CARDS
Harriet has created four timeless cards using tags and papers from a brand new company, Graphic 45 Papers, combined with the new K and Company Blue Awning papers.   Harriet has an excellent eye for combing papers and stamps so I know you will love these cards.  Included in the class fee will be a sheet of die cut tags from Graphic 45 and a book of tags from K and Company.  Bring Class Kit

VITA BELLA MINI ALBUM

Ah, the good life!  “Vita Bella” is a new release from a new, sensationally popular company called Little Yellow Bicycle.  In this class we will use a double 12” x 12” die cut sheet to create and embellish a darling little book that’s perfect for sharing thoughts and photos with friends this summer.  The Vita Bella line is all about blues and greens and you will love making this book.  We have extra die cut sheets if you want to make another one to keep!   Bring Class Kit

SUMMER "PEEK-A-BOO" ALBUM FROM TINKERING INK

For those great summer photos we’ve created a very colorful little album.  From Tinkering Ink comes the “Peek-a-Boo” album that combines clear acrylic and chipboard pages.  Some of the pages have windows that are just the right size for photos. We will even die cut frames for the windows using the Wizard and scallop Nestabilities dies.  Once we cover the pages with colorful papers, we will embellish them using alcohol inks, stamps and rub-ons.  No photos? No problem – just make a book with stamped images.  Join us for some very colorful fun!  Bring Class Kit and ask for a supply list.

VINTAGE CHRISTMAS CARDS

Make several Christmas cards using new stamps from Magenta that feature vintage Santas and beautiful angels.  These cards are packed with technique including creating a faux batik background; making a pearlized distress mister and using it over a mask; creating an embossed distress background; and many more.  You will get hands on experience using products like tea dye varnish; distress inks; metal mesh; masks and many more.  Bring class kit and distress kit.

CALENDAR BOOK

This is a precious gift book that anyone will treasure.  Bring 12 photos (ask us for sizes) and make a book with a calendar page for each month using photos and captions throughout the year.  We will use lots of fun embellishments from Heidi Swap and others as well as papers from Teresa Collins. The project is easy to reproduce if you want to make additional books.  Honestly, this is a quick and easy project and perfect for little memory book gifts your family and friends will cherish.  Bring class kit.

CHRISTMAS TAGS AND MINI CARDS

Every Christmas wrapping presents is always a hurried activity, and I never have any hand-stamped tags to add to my gifts.  In this class we will use one set of clear stamps to create a nine tags and/or mini cards.  You will get the set of stamps (a $8.99 value) with the class so you can make more if you need them!  Please register as early as possible. Bring class kit.
